  • Murayama City is known as the birthplace of the prefecture's Soba Highway, and 14 stores with a passion for ingredients and techniques will compete against each other.
    The restaurant inside Kurhaus Goten is also the 9th store on Soba Kaido.It is made using locally grown buckwheat flour and is renowned for its rich aroma and firm texture.
