  • Murayama City is known as the birthplace of Soba Kaido (soba noodle street) in the prefecture, and 14 restaurants, each passionate about their ingredients and techniques, compete to showcase their skills.
    The restaurant inside Kurhaus Goten is also the 9th stop on Soba Kaido (soba noodle street).It is made using locally grown buckwheat flour and is renowned for its rich aroma and firm texture.
